In a pro bono project for "Secure Perspectives e.V.", eight students from ESB Student Consulting, based in Reutlingen in southwest Germany, developed a business plan and a fund raising concept for the construction of a school and workshop in rural Guatemala. The students were supported by an international coaching team of A.T. Kearney consultants from Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and Cambridge, MA,USA. The A.T. Kearney team assisted the students in particular in the areas of project management, business plan structuring, and research for fundraising sources.
